Having graduated from Birmingham City University with a BA honours in Fashion Retail Management I am currently exploring my surroundings and exposing myself to a world which I hope will engulf me in opportunity to further myself as a person and in my career.
My studies have taught me many skills and exposed me to experiences I would never have dreamt of having. During my 3 years of study I was challenged with modules including buying, merchandising, marketing and event management gaining skills in time management, organisation, research, analysis and presentation as well as completing a 10 week placement at New Look Head Office.
This blog documents the experiences I encounter, any inspirational items I uncover, my exploration and understanding of the business side of fashion and a few petite related posts thrown in there for good measure.
